The second round of the international competitive programming contest CodeIT concluded with a strong performance from Bulgarian talents. Boris Mihov emerged as the winner in the overall ranking, outperforming competitors from Serbia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, Croatia, the Netherlands and Greece. Nikola Manolov and Dimitar Shapatov from Haskovo secured first and third place, respectively, in the youth ranking.
The round saw intense competition — 23 participants solved at least three of the problems correctly, while 8 participants managed to solve four. Once again, the differences in the rankings after this round were minimal.

The second round of CodeIT was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Eng. Ivan Kralov, Rector of the Technical University of Sofia, Ivaylo Ushagelov, Director of the National High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences "Acad. Lyubomir Chakalov," and Nikolay Nikolov, Corresponding Member of the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria.
All participants with a non-zero score will receive a T-shirt featuring the new season's mascot. Additionally, in each of the 6 rounds of CodeIT 2025, three participants will be randomly selected to win a hoodie and prizes from our sponsors ASBIS Bulgaria and Freckles.
