The first round of season 2020/2021 of the International programming competition CodeIT, organized by Musala Soft, has concluded.
The round was a “MARATHON” type and was under the patronage of Prof. Anastas Gerdzhikov – Rector of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Associate Professor Parvan Parvanov, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics,Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and Antoan Tonev, principle of Sofia High School of Mathematics "Paisiy Hilendarski".
First place in the general ranking takes Rumen Mihov, student at the Mathematics Highschool “Atanas Radev”, Shumen, a silver medalist from the 2020 Romanian Masters in Informaticsand XII International Autumn Tournament in Informatics(IATI) – Shumen 2020. Second place in the general ranking is for Anton Atanasov from Haskovo, and third place – for Aleksandar Gubica from Sombor, Serbia. In the juniors’ ranking, first place goes to Vesselin Markovich from Varna, and second place to Daniel Koynov from Shumen.
All talents in competitive programming with non-zero result will receive a T-shirt with this season’s vision. The special prizes in the first round, provided by the competition’s partners Cougar and Prestigio, go to: Boris Dachev – computer keyboard, Daniel Koynov – computer mouse, Verdan Bajic – CodeIT sweatshirt. The prizes will arrive quickly and safely to their new owners thanks to our partners from courier company Speedy.
